Is there warranty?
All Glowlabz underglow kits come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects under normal use. If you experience any issues during this period, please contact us with your order number and clear photos or videos of the problem. Our team will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in its original packaging with the seal fully intact and not opened, cut, or removed. Proof of purchase is required.
To complete a return, the full underglow kit must be shipped back to us. Once we receive and inspect the kit, we’ll notify you if your return is approved and process the refund accordingly.
If the Glowlabz Kit is still new in box, an up to 10% restocking fee will be in place.

Do we ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country are the customer’s responsibility.
